Have you heard about the wiki node network ?
I am evaluating Usemod wiki, which supports "out of the box" diff displays, interwiki links (wiki nodes), version control, and consider migration. Probably using two style sheets, one for a conventional dark-on-white look, the other one with more darkishly shaded, looking like this. Also the MoinMoin wiki is looked at. ikiwiki, which was also in consideration, has been dumped, containing still too many bugs.
